How do I set up an account?

Answer:

Setting up a new account is very easy. Just complete our credit application and fax it to Wendy, our controller at 212-563-6244. Once it is received it will be processed and you will be contacted shortly thereafter regarding the account status.

What type of printing methods do you offer?

Answer:

The majority of our commercial printing is offset printing however, we also provide engraving, thermography and letterpress services. Our exciting, new digital printing department can produce short run, full color projects in just one to two days. Our design staff can help guide you to make sure your final project is just the way you envisioned it.

Why are your prices so affordable?

Answer:

Our vast array of equipment ensures that your job prints using the best and least expensive method. Also, we constantly negotiate with our vendors to make sure we are receiving the best prices on paper and supplies. And we have designed our company to run more efficiently than the other guys, thereby reducing costs and translating into savings for you.

Question:

What is the usual production time for an order?

Answer:

The production time for an order depends on the product being printed. It can be as short as one or two days or up to two weeks. There are certain circumstances that require a longer lead time. Rush service is available for most items.

Question:

Do you offer mailing services? How exactly does this service work?

Answer:

Classic can print, address and mail your postcards for you. All you need to do is email us a list of your contacts and we will take care of the rest including CASS certification, now required by the USPS. We offer First Class, Bulk and Non-profit postage options depending upon your requirements.

Question:

Can I receive a printed proof?

Answer:

PDF proofs are provided for most jobs however, printed proofs can be requested as well. For certain jobs a matchprint or digital color proof is required for approval prior to printing and may incur an additional charge.  Press proofs are also available for an additional charge.

Question:

Can I request shipments to multiple addresses?

Answer:

Yes – just let us know if you want your order to be drop shipped to multiple locations and we will be happy to handle it for you. Delivery information will be provided for each shipment.

Question:

How will I know when my order is ready?

Answer:

Once an order is placed a ship date is scheduled by our production department. When it ships, you will receive an email from our dedicated marketing coordinator indicating the anticipated delivery date.  Your job is in good hands from start to finish.

What if I need something printed but need help with the design?

Answer:

Classic is staffed with graphic designers who can help you design everything including your corporate logo, brochure or just about any printed item you can think of. Our marketing professionals can work with you to make certain your printing will be effective tools for getting your business noticed.
